- In the most recent Q&A session, it was emphasized that HYD is optional, and projects may ultimately use any platform of choice. If we use another platform, will TCEC still provide example formats/measures? What will we have to do to get the data to TCEC?
- Yes, TCEC has sample data collection forms available here: https://tobaccoeval.ucdavis.edu/searchDCI. These can be used in any mode (electronic tools of your choice, paper/pen, etc.) and should be tailored for local use.
Statewide ECTC data collection will be deployed through the statewide account. Since it's run out of the statewide account, we will have access to the data you collect. - Will there be a cost to downloading the application on private devices of team members who are helping to complete surveys? Or will there be a device limit?
- No, there is no cost for downloading the application on private devices and there is no device limit.
- Who can I contact for help?
- You can contact the TCEC Help Desk at any time with questions or concerns.
