Harvest Your Data

In December 2025, local projects with SurveyAnalytics accounts will be transitioned to Harvest Your Data accounts.

  • What does this mean?
  • Use of SurveyAnalytics and the accompanying SurveyPocket app will no longer be supported by TCEC after December 31st, 2025.
  • What is Harvest Your Data (HYD)?
  • Harvest Your Data (HYD) is a platform for data collection and management, similar to SurveyAnalytics. You can find the HYD website here: https://www.harvestyourdata.com/
  • Is there an app?
  • Yes! Like SurveyAnalytics, HYD has its own apps for mobile offline data collection. HYD uses the apps iSURVEY for Apple devices and droidSURVEY for Android devices.
  • When is this happening?
  • TCEC's contract with SurveyAnalytics ends December 31st, 2025. TCEC will be in touch with more information about the rollout of HYD accounts.
  • What do I have to do?

  • What about the surveys and data in my project's SurveyAnalytics account? Are we going to lose our surveys?
  • You will not lose any existing surveys or data. TCEC will have backups of every account's data and surveys, and we will provide instructions for backing up your existing surveys and data. Any statewide surveys will be moved over to the new HYD accounts.
