Catherine Dizon is the Project Director of the UC Davis Tobacco Control Evaluation Center (TCEC) and works collaboratively with the TCEC team to deliver quality trainings, webinars, tutorials, and resources on evaluation for tobacco control advocates. With a Master of Public Health and BS in Human Development and from UC Davis, Catherine is trained in public health, health informatics, and cultural diversity and ethics. She has over a decade of experience promoting diversity in leadership and cultural inclusiveness through community programs in the Bay Area and Sacramento region. Catherine specializes in project management and the use of mobile technology for data collection. Other professional interests include training development, facilitation and presentation techniques, e-learning, culturally responsive evaluation, participatory data analysis and interpretation, and making evaluation accessible for all to use.
