Here you will find information about TEA quarterly meetings, special topic forums, meeting recordings, instruments and other resources developed through TEA. The next quarterly meeting of TEA is listed below. Other resources are provided at right. If you are not a TEA member yet, please sign up here so that you can get email notifications of meetings and events directly to your email!
Quarterly TEA meetings take place every fourth Wednesday of February, May, and August, and the third Wednesday of November from 10:00 – 11:30 AM.
Special Topic Forums, as the name implies, are scheduled on an ad hoc basis and based on member interest.

The next Tobacco Evaluator Alliance (TEA) quarterly meeting is Wednesday, August 26, 2026!
The next quarterly Tobacco Evaluator Alliance meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:30 AM. The agenda for the meeting is:
- Evaluation News
- Open Forum
Breakout Group Topics:
- Data collection issues – e.g., collecting data to support the CX process and LLA workplan development, key informant interviews of interns or CEA recipients, education/participant surveys
- Analysis/interpretation and reporting issues – e.g., ECTC observation data multi-year comparisons, methodology and limitations, sharing/reporting data
- Other burning issues – e.g., providing TA/coaching to projects to promote CX process, negotiating your evaluator role in 2027-2030 LLA workplans
For the breakout group portion of the meeting, please bring something to share with your peers and something you want to learn. For example, if you have tried something different since the last meeting, e.g., analyzing observation data using AI or creating a data placemat, please come and share your experience. If you have a question or an issue you want to explore, bring it to the meeting.
All California Tobacco Prevention Program (CTPP) funded evaluators are invited to register in advance for this call:
