Hello! I am Jorge Andrews and I am a part of the evaluation team at TCEC. As an Evaluation Associate, I am part of the regional training team, which conducts in-person trainings and webinars. I have aided Local Lead Agencies and competitive grantees as they develop their evaluation capacity, specifically in instrument development, evaluation reporting, incorporating cultural humility, and incorporating technology in data collection. I also oversee the device lending program at TCEC, and the LLA Survey Analytics accounts. 

I am a graduate of UC Riverside (go Highlanders!), where I majored in History and Cultural Anthropology, and a graduate of UC Davis with a master’s in public health. When I am not working, I enjoy running on trails or roads, riding bikes, and just being active outdoors.
