Jorge Andrews is an Evaluation Associate with the Tobacco Control Evaluation Center. Jorge is part of the regional training team, conducting in person trainings as well as webinars. He has worked as part of the Healthy Stores for Healthy Communities support team at TCEC, providing assistance to all Local Lead agencies as they collect data from tobacco retailers throughout the state. He oversees the device lending program at TCEC, as well as the SurveyAnalytics accounts for all prop 99/56 funded projects. Jorge has a BA degree in History and Cultural Anthropology from UC Riverside, as well as Masters in Public Health degree from UC Davis.
